Shipping
In-stock kits ship from the UK by Royal Mail 48 and usually arrive in about 2–3 working days. Free UK delivery on orders of £40 or more. Free international delivery on orders of £75 or more to the EU and £100 or more elsewhere.
We ship worldwide. Delivery is charged by zone: United Kingdom, European Union and International. The rates for each zone are shown below and at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after noon, at weekends or on holidays may start processing the next business day. Pre-order kits are made to order and take longer – see the pre-order section below.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and start once your order ships. Orders outside the UK may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees. If these aren't collected at checkout, they may be due on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Customs checks can also slow delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, where the shipping method supports it. Tracking can take a little while to update.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us at letistitch@gmail.com and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier. Please double-check your address at checkout and let us know as soon as possible if it needs correcting.
Returns & refunds
Return window
We offer 30-day returns on in-stock kits. You can return an item within 30 days of the day you receive it. Made-to-order pre-order kits have their own terms – see below. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused and in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund if an item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary. Unless we say otherwise or the law requires otherwise, return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility.

Please contact us at letistitch@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we'll explain your return options. For exchanges, contact us first too.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. For eligible cancellations we refund the product price and standard delivery cost (not any extra paid for express delivery). Approved refunds are made promptly once we receive the goods back or proof you've sent them. Your bank may need a little extra time to show the refund.
Faulty or damaged items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away at letistitch@gmail.com if anything is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us at letistitch@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order ships, but once it's on its way we can't modify it. Pre-order kits can't be cancelled – see below.
Pre-order and made-to-order items
Round acrylic diamond pre-order kits (shown in our Round Kits – Pre-order collection) are manufactured only once you place your order and are dropshipped directly to you. Delivery takes around 1 month from the date of your order. During Chinese public holidays (Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival, Labour Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Golden Week) delivery will take longer.
Pre-order kits can't be cancelled or refunded before they arrive. Once received, a refund or dispute can be opened only if something is wrong with the product.
The 30-day returns above apply to in-stock kits.
