Delivery & pre-orders

In-stock orders

In-stock kits ship from the UK by Royal Mail 48 and usually arrive in about 2–3 working days. Free UK delivery on orders of £40 or more. Free international delivery on orders of £75 or more to the EU and £100 or more elsewhere.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after noon, at weekends or on holidays may start processing the next business day. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and start once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Orders outside the UK may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees. If these aren't collected at checkout, they may be due on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Pre-order kits

Pre-order kits (in our Round Kits – Pre-order collection) are made only once you place your order and are sent directly to you. Delivery takes around 1 month from the date of your order.

Delivery will take longer during Chinese public holidays:

• Chinese New Year (Spring Festival)
• Qingming Festival
• Labour Day
• Dragon Boat Festival
• Mid-Autumn Festival
• National Day (Golden Week)

Pre-orders can't be cancelled or refunded before they arrive. Once received, a refund or dispute can be opened only if something is wrong with the product.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link, where the shipping method supports it.

Returns
